Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR therapy is a pivotal part of my practice, especially for trauma treatment. This approach helps clients process and reframe traumatic memories, reducing their lasting impact and facilitating emotional healing. It’s effective in transforming painful experiences into sources of strength.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. This approach is particularly effective for treating anxiety and depression, providing clients with practical tools to challenge distorted thinking and develop healthier, more positive ways of viewing themselves.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed EMDR
